I have experience in my own small businesses, independent startups, and side hustles for the past 20 years and I have been in franchising for the last decade. I have sold businesses, help others buy and sell, and coached a multitude of clients through the franchise process. Today, I am still a multi-unit franchise owner.

I have lived the stresses of making weekly payroll and emptying the bank account for a startup. I know the excitement of watching revenues grow in multiple locations and hitting profitability! I have hired and managed up to 75 employees at a time and balanced startups with ongoing operations. I am NOT a guru or a private equity-backed individual, I do not own hundreds of units, and I do not aspire to it. I am a representative of what most of small business ownership is in America - I achieved professional success through blood, sweat, tears, risk, and a little luck, making many mistakes along the way. I enjoy passing on those learnings to my clients.

Outside of my professional life, I'm an enthusiastic fitness person, a rabid soccer fan, and a father to three beautiful girls, husband to an amazing woman, and a dog dad. I am blessed by God to live this life and feel a called to positively impact others' journey toward professional freedom!
